We have received a couple of inquiries on road conditions and want to provide an update.
As everyone is aware, the winter of 2026 broke 20year-old snowfall records. The massive amount of snow that had to be dealt with has resulted in snowbanks that are still melting on the side of our roads, causing the surface and roadbed to be super saturated.
To complete a full grading, the road network will need to dry out so that the equipment is working with road materials, and is not simply moving mud.
Realizing that we all want to have a more comfortable drive, our contractor has been greenlighted to start working on the road as soon as possible, even if it’s only in small sections until conditions improve.
