Invoices will be emailed to the address on file, or hard copy will be mailed via Canada Post for members without an email address on file. Any property owner that needs to update their email address, please do so by emailing the LSD at deerpark_lsd@outlook.com
Last year, a number of LSD property owners had their invoice go to their ‘spam’ folder. Property owners are encouraged to check their ‘spam’ folder if they have not received an invoice by 31 January 2025.
Please be advised that the Town of Holyrood has set their annual Fire/Emergency Services fee at $65 for the three-year period 2025-2027
At the recent Annual General Meeting held November 13, 2024 the LSD membership approved the 2025 LSD Road Fee at $525, subject to the payment schedule outlined in the table below. It is important to note the ‘Early Payment Incentive’ approved for full payments made prior to 31 March 2025, and the ‘Late Payment Penalties’ that will be assessed on 2025 fees after 1 June 2025. All outstanding balances will be sent to a third-party collection agency on 31 December 2025 as appropriate.
